Cruise Reservation Agreement
Thank you for choosing our travel services. By submitting a deposit or payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
- Reservation & Deposit
A deposit is required to secure your cruise reservation.
Reservations are not guaranteed until the cruise line confirms your booking and the required deposit has been received.
Deposits may be refundable or non-refundable depending on the cruise line's policies and the fare selected.
- Payment Schedule
A payment schedule will be provided at the time of booking.
It is the traveler's responsibility to make payments on or before the due dates.
Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation and loss of deposited funds.
- Final Payment
Final payment must be received by the cruise line's deadline.
Once final payment has been made, cancellation penalties are determined by the cruise line and may result in partial or complete loss of funds.
- Pricing
Cruise fares are subject to availability and may change until a deposit has been received.
Taxes, port fees, gratuities, excursions, airfare, travel insurance, and optional services may not be included unless specifically stated.
- Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation fees are governed by the cruise line's policies.
Changes to reservations may incur cruise line fees and travel agency service fees.
Refunds, when applicable, are processed according to the cruise line's refund schedule.
- Travel Documents
Guests are responsible for obtaining valid passports, visas, vaccinations, and any other required travel documents. Failure to present proper documentation may result in denied boarding without refund.
- Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect your investment against cancellations, medical emergencies, travel delays, lost baggage, and other unforeseen circumstances.
- Health & Safety
Travelers are responsible for meeting all health requirements established by the cruise line and destination countries.
- Responsibility
Our agency acts only as an intermediary between travelers and travel suppliers. We are not responsible for delays, cancellations, weather events, supplier bankruptcy, mechanical failures, strikes, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
- Acceptance
Payment of any amount toward your reservation constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
